At GadgetBD, we want you to shop with confidence. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, you may request a return or exchange within the applicable return period.
To be eligible, the product should be unused, in its original condition, and returned with the original packaging, accessories, invoice, and included items. Products damaged due to misuse, physical damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized repair may not qualify.
Once we receive the product, our team will inspect it. If approved, we will arrange an exchange, replacement, or refund according to the product condition and applicable policy.
